About Your Coach

Teal Elisabeth is the CEO & Founder & Master Coach of Relax Into Love Coaching. She helps ambitious, high-achieving women build authentic, fulfilling relationships—with themselves and their partners—through joy and ease.


She is a Spiritual Love & Relationship Coach, Intuitive Healer & Professional People Development Specialist trained in Feminine Energy, NLP, and Subconscious Reprogramming.

After college, she studied under Buddhist monks in Thailand which helped her gain a deep understanding of the mind, ego, heart and attachment. Through an immersive 5 - Day Silent Meditation she witnessed an out of body experience and deep connection to self, unlocking her own super powers to help her clients go deep within their own selves.

Before building her global company, she worked in San Fransisco HQ on the UBER People Development team alongside Arianna Huffington & C- Suite Team to build training programs for over 30,000 people around the world in how to master the principles of work - life balance and reducing burnout. This gave her a strong professional background in building transformational training programs that WORK.​

She actively lives what she teaches —happily married with her husband of 10 years, transforming women’s lives, traveling the world as a nomadic entrepreneur, and now a new mama to a beautiful baby boy & girl. She has been working with clients around the world for 8 years using her proven frameworks and subconscious re-wiring techniques & feels a deep calling to bring more love to the world.
